The 2nd Annual Bike for Christ took place this August 6-7, with youth attending from across Queens and Kings County.
These young people biked 70 kilometers over 2 days, overcoming bike troubles, sore muscles, and heat wave conditions.
Fr. MacDougall offered a mass for the participants in Morell before they set off, and after conquering the biggest hill all journey – the fearsome Wood Islands Hill in Montague – the adventure was capped off on Sunday at St. Mary’s with a half hour of adoration, provided by Fr. Raju.
The weekend was an awesome opportunity to find fellowship with other young Christians and to grow closer to God!
