A little over a year ago, a parish in out Diocese received a significant bequest which allowed the parish to address a number of outstanding needs:
- purchased a new organ for the church
- replaced flooring in the Vestry
- undertook needed painting of the church
- created a “perpetual” cemetery fund that will ensure on-going maintenance and care of the cemetery
- established and invested in a substantial emergency fund that can be accessed if a major parish need arises
