Living Each Day with Gratitude

Practicing gratitude affirms the good things in our lives; it gives us a positive sense of well-being.

It can change our entire life as an attitude of gratitude refocuses our mind, shifting from what we may see to be lacking to recognizing the goodness in our lives, appreciating what we have.

In this session we will discover ways to see the positive in our lives and discuss ways to find gratitude in difficult times.

The session, facilitated by Sister Rosemary MacDonald, will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 1:30-3:00 p.m. at The Living Well in Martha Place at 96 Patterson Drive.
