The organizing committee of the public forum regarding refugee sponsorship met recently to review the small group discussion comments received from the approximately 75 forum participants.
The next step to be taken by the committee is to collate these comments and then distribute them to those participants who had provided an e-mail address. The hope is that continued information exchange can be fostered among individuals and community organizations involved in refugee sponsorship in Prince Edward Island.
In this way mutual support and encouragement might be conveyed to those people committed to refugee sponsorship on the Island.
