The Medicine Wheel: A Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness – Good health is about balance. To be healthy at any age, we need to attend to our bodies, our minds, our emotions and our connections to the world around us. For many centuries, indigenous people throughout North America have used the symbol of The Medicine Wheel to bring together these ideas in teaching and learning about health. In this session we will learn about the principles and discuss practical ways to apply them in living the most well rounded, healthy lives possible. This session, facilitated by Gillian Nichol, will be held on Wednesday, November 16th, 1:30-3:00 p.m. at The Living Well in Martha Place at 96 Patterson Drive. To register please email Sister Rosemary at rmd17csm@gmail.com
