The annual general meeting of the Friends of St. Andrew’s Chapel will be held at 7:00 on Tuesday June 7th at SDU Place in Charlottetown. All members are welcome to attend.
Families from across Canada are invited to a live and virtual “Rosary for the Family”. In preparation for the 10th World Meeting of Families, the CCCB Standing Committee for Family and Life is hosting a live and nationwide Rosary for the Family via Zoom Webinar. The event will take place on Sunday, 19 June 2022 at 4:00 p.m. (ADT) and will be facilitated by several families from across the country. This is a great opportunity to gather at the national level in prayer as well as to witness alongside other faith-filled families. As part of the Amoris Laeitita Family Year, the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network and the Dicastery for the Laity, Family and Life have published a “Rosary for the Family.” The publication is a beautiful meditation focused on families, children, couples and grandparents. This Rosary is intended to be prayed in the family, with children. Each mystery is accompanied by a watercolor drawing that helps families enter into the mysteries and meditations proposed more profoundly, so that they can become “cenacles of prayer for spreading Mary’s love throughout the world”.
