End-of-Life Care: Approaching the end of life can be an emotional time for ourselves and our loved ones. During this session we will discuss core concepts to consider in end-of-life care and our role in accompanying others to a natural death. This free session, facilitated by Sr. Rosemary MacDonald, will be held on Wednesday, April 5th, 1:30-3:30 p.m. at The Living Well in Martha Place at 96 Patterson Drive, Charlottetown. The Art of Conversation: This session will offer an interactive learning approach to develop some simple conversation skills. Participants will explore what gets in the way of conversation and how to address some of the challenges. Ideas will be shared for conversation starters, for listening to encourage conversation and for speaking to be heard.
