Clergy Change: Effective January 1, Fr. Martin Carter has been appointed Parish Administrator of St. Francis of Assisi (Cornwall), St. Martin of Tours (Cumberland) and St. Anne (Emyvale) until June 2023. Fr. Doug MacDonald, Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi and Administrator of St. Anne and St. Martin of Tours, has been granted medical leave until June 2023.

Sisters of St. Martha/Martha Spirituality Centre are offering Chair Yoga with Christian Meditation classes with Karen Langevin. One 10- week Zoom program will be offered on Fridays from 10:00-11:15 AM (10 am-10:40 chair yoga; 10:45-11:15 Christian Meditation). Classes begin on January 13 & end on March 17. Fee $55. This is a beginner chair yoga class that is accessible to everyone. Each class will be recorded and sent to participants who wish to repeat the class or who missed the live class. Behold the Lamb of God: A retreat on our Lord’s Eucharistic presence at Our Lady of Hope Retreat Centre. Father Andrew Handrahan will lead this retreat the weekend of January 20-22, 2023, reflecting on the Lord’s presence among us in the Eucharist and our response to this sacred gift of the Lord to His Church.
