Wellness Through Music: The connections between music and health are well researched and documented. In this presentation / discussion, facilitated by Gillian Nichol, we will look at and discuss some of the benefits of music for our brains, our moods and our physical health. We will share ideas for promoting our own health and wellness through specific music enjoyment and practice.
