Connolly Estate bursaries are open to residents of PEI who are full-time students enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
In addition, applicants must demonstrate that they are Roman Catholic, are Irish in heritage and have material financial need (parental income applies if applicant is under 22).
College students who are completing a joint program/degree must be enrolled in the university portion of their studies to be eligible.

Recent bursaries have been in the range of $2,000/year, though they vary depending on market returns and the number of applicants.
Bursaries are available for a maximum of four years.
