Thursday, August 27th is the feast day of St. Monica, St Augustine’s mother.
She prayed constantly and persistently for her son and her prayers were answered!
To honour St. Monica, and to support all mothers, we are having a special Mass at 7 pm at St. Augustine’s.
It is important for us to know we are not the only ones praying for our children to have success, to live a good life.
All women who have people they pray for are invited to come celebrate Mass together.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to gather afterwards to socialize due to Covid-19.
Fathers are most definitely welcome to come along as well.
St. Augustine’s can gather up to 100 people using the gallery as well as the main body of the church.
