The Young Adult Leadership Team has been actively serving in the Diocese for the last five years. In fact, some of the original members are still part of the team!
Organized through the Diocesan Youth Ministry Office, team members help to plan and organize various events, including World Youth Day @ Home and Confirmation Retreats. Members come from across the Diocese, and around the world!
Are you (or a young adult you know) interested in developing leadership skills, meeting new people, and growing your faith? The Young Adult Leadership Team is getting ready for another year, and accepting new members who are 18-25 years old.
The first meeting for interested young adults is an overnight retreat hosted at the St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Centre in Summerside. The theme of the retreat is Abundance, and we will explore the ways that God works abundantly in our lives, and invites us to share that with others. It will begin on Friday evening, September 20, and conclude on Saturday afternoon, September 21. Registration is now open, and closes on Sunday, September 15.
