Anxiety and stress have become so common in our society, it can be scary. However, the more we learn about anxiety in ourselves and others, the better we are able to deal with it. In this presentation, facilitated by Gillian Nichol, we will discuss the causes and symptoms of anxiety and how it differs from worry. We will focus on building our own resilience and how some simple tasks can help us in our moments of anxiety and also prevent it over the long term. It is all about feeling and being our best, no matter the circumstances! This session is on October 11, 1:30-3:30 at The Living Well, 96 Patterson Drive, Hillsborough Park (Charlottetown). A break and snack is provided. To register, email rmd17csm@gmail.com. We are SCENT FREE.
