Sacred Heart Evangelization and Healing MinistryJoin Father Mark Cherry June 16th, 17th & 18th at Our Lady of Hope Retreat Centre for a Summer Retreat “Show Us Your Face, Lord.” With the first coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ, we see the face of God revealed fully. Throughout the Sacred Scriptures it speaks of longing to see the face of God and desiring His face to shine upon us. We are at a critical time in salvation history and we need to fix our gaze upon the face of Jesus as never before. The Lord is about to show us His face in new and profound ways and is calling us to reflect His face to others. Do you desire greater intimacy with God, to live more fully in His Presence and to know His ways; then this Retreat is for you. Join us as we experience the face of God through the anointed worship, teachings, Adoration, prayer ministry and celebration of the Eucharist. Retreat Package Includes the Following: 2 nights’ accommodations; 5 meals; Anointed Praise & Worship, Teachings, Adoration, Prayer Ministry and Celebration of the Eucharist. Retreat Weekend Package Price: Single Person $280, Married Couples $485. (Registration Fee Must be Paid by E-transfer or Cheque Prior to Retreat Weekend). FACES OF ABORTION TOUR: Every day in Canada, nearly 300 children are killed by abortion – faceless and nameless.  To bring an end to the killing and spare parents the trauma of abortion, we need to bring the culture face to face with the victims of abortion, to rehumanize those who have been dehumanized.  This summer, CCBR, the Canadian Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform  is going on a national tour across the country. At each stop, there will be educational street outreach during the day and an evening presentation on The Faces of Abortion and how to take action to End the Killing.  Local stop: Mon June 12 @7pm – Community Baptist Church (162 Sherwood Rd, Charlottetown). For more details and other stop locations visit www.endthekilling.ca/tour.  If you’d like to join local outreach during the day, please contact Charity at cwielinga@endthekilling.ca.
