St. Dunstan’s Basilica: A Global Christmas Celebration: Carols from around the world form the centerpiece of the upcoming concert entitled “A Global Christmas Celebration”. Over a dozen international carols, many sung in their native tongue, serve to acknowledge the many cultures that grace our Island. Also on the program is “Fantasia Noel”, a reimagining of classic carols updated for a new generation. Leo Marchildon directs 55 singers and a 30 piece orchestra in this gift to the city of Charlottetown which has now become a seasonal tradition. St. Dunstan’s Basilica on Friday December 22 at 7 pm. Admission is by free will offering.
