The Annual General Retreat at Our Lady of Hope Retreat Centre will be held Friday January 17th to Sunday the 19th. This year’s theme will be “Our Baptism Day: The Day That Lasts Forever” with retreat facilitator Father Walter Flynn. Please book your spot soon, as this popular retreat fills up very quickly. Pope Francis announced that 2025 will be an Ordinary Year of Jubilee, with the theme being “Pilgrims of Hope.” Join Bishop Joseph Dabrowski for Mass to open the Jubilee Year in our Diocese on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 5:00 pm at St. Dunstan’s Basilica. Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Stratford will be having a Journey Through Bethlehem Drive Through event on the Parish Property December 20 and 21, 2024. This event will begin at 6 pm and continue until 8 pm each evening and all parishes across the Island are invited to join us in celebrating the true meaning of Christmas.
