Hundreds of people gathered in St. Dunstan’s Basilica Thursday, June 29 to welcome Bishop Joseph Dabrowski as the 14th Bishop of the Diocese of Charlottetown with song and prayer.
The warm temperatures inside the majestic stone cathedral was far exceeded by the warm wishes and good cheer of all present.
