New Pilgrim Path’s visitors come from far and wide – reaching both hemispheres. While they represent many Christian denominations, the great majority come from the Catholic and Anglican traditions. This week, we feature two superb resources for each of these.
The Catholic Culture website has been a curator of Catholic information on the web since 1996. It covers a wide range of regularly updated topics: commentary on the liturgical readings of the day; news and news commentary; a huge, freely accessible online library representing over 2,000 years of scholarship; a wide variety of topical podcasts; free e-books; and a detailed guide to the liturgical year.
The Anglican Communion Office (ACO) is the secretariat of the Anglican Communion – a worldwide network of Anglican churches, in over 165 countries. Valuable resources on ACO’s website include the Anglican Cycle of Prayer; a guide to engaging more closely with Scripture; training tools; theological resources; and an online library of over 1,500 communiqués, resolutions and other papers documenting the life and work of the Anglican Communion since 1867.
