The Diocese of Charlottetown has learned that Rev. Brendon Gallant made an appearance in court where he faced charges related to sexual offences involving a minor. When we learned he was a person of interest in an investigation, he was removed from all active ministry. We invite prayers for all affected by this news.
We are committed to ensuring our churches are safe environments. The Diocese has a safe environment policy in place, including a phone number which can be used to report any misconduct of clergy, lay staff or volunteers.
