Employment Opportunity: Director of Mission and Pastoral Services

The Diocese of Charlottetown is seeking a Director of Mission and Pastoral Services to join our Diocesan leadership team in a full-time position.

Reporting directly to the Bishop, the Director will play a key role in implementing our emerging Vision for pastoral renewal—helping parishes, clergy, and lay leaders grow as communities of missionary disciples who evangelize, celebrate the sacraments with joy, and serve with charity.

This leadership role involves:
• Translating the Diocese’s pastoral Vision into concrete programs and initiatives.
• Supporting and equipping parishes, priests, and lay leaders.
• Coordinating ministries in evangelization, catechesis, pastoral care, and outreach.
• Supervising the Diocesan pastoral services team and collaborating with pastors and parish pastoral councils.
