Theology on Tap

Theology on Tap: Presented by the UPEI Department of Religious Studies, our next event will feature Dr. Brenton Dickieson with a talk entitled “‘Because My Old Heart Would Burst’: A Settler’s Reflections on Indigenous Spaces in Octavia Butler and C.S. Lewis“. Join us at 7:00 on March 4th at the Salvador Dali Café in Charlottetown and follow us on Facebook at Theology on Tap PEI.

The CWL Area Meeting East will be at St. Dunstan’s Basilica on Saturday, March 1st from 9:30 am until 2:00 pm. Lunch will be a sharing table. Guest Speakers: Sr. Rosemary MacDonald on Church Teaching on End-of-Life Care and Provincial Vice President Cheryl Boom on Membership. We hope to see as many members there as possible.

The Martha Spirituality Centre at SDU Place will be open on Monday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the month of February. This is for anyone wishing to drop in for some quiet time to pray or meditate, or to just have a coffee and spend time looking through our collection of books and CDs on Spirituality that the Centre has to offer.
