The following clergy changes are effective November 24, 2025:
Retirements
- Rev. Danny Wilson will retire from active ministry.
Appointments
- Rev. Praveen Chattumala is appointed Vocation Director of the Diocese. He will be assisted by Fr. Benedict Olelewe.
- Rev. Martins Meshor is appointed the Parochial Vicar at St. Mary’s (Souris), St. Charles Borromeo (St. Charles), St. Margaret of Scotland (St. Margaret’s), and St. Columba (Fairfield).
- Rev. Benedict Olelewe is appointed Parochial Administrator of St. Cuthbert’s (St. Theresa’s), St. Andrew’s (Mount Stewart), and St. Patrick’s (Forth Augustus). He will continue to reside with the Vocationist community in Souris.
On Leave
- Rev. Walter Flynn will be taking a stress leave until March. Temporary replacements will be provided insofar as possible.
