The Canada Day Parade in North Rustico is reportedly the largest and best attended Canada Day Parade East of Montreal. But even in the great city of Montreal (or Toronto, Winnipeg, or Vancouver) you would not expect to view what the good citizens of North Rustico did on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Decked out in his finest regalia Fr. Albin Arsenault captured a 4X4 truck!
In-line skates, a red cape, and crowned with a pseudo-miter bearing the legend “The Flying Priest” Fr. Albin cut a dashing figure down the main street of North Rustico.
Reportedly there were some bruises incurred but nothing that required professional medical intervention
However Kids: DON’T DO THIS AT HOME!
Fr. Albin is protected by many Guardian Angels, all of whom are at this very time petitioning Our Good Lord for hazardous duty pay.
