St. Mary’s (Hunter River) Cemetery Sunday: There will be a service of prayer and song at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hunter River on Sunday, September 10 at noon. All are welcome. Please pass this invitation along to those who may have family members in the cemetery or former parishioners of St. Mary’s of the People.

 

Birthright PEI Annual Fall Fun Event: Wednesday, September 20, 7:30 pm at Assumption Parish Centre, Stratford.  Enjoy the music of Kendall Docherty and the “Ceilidh in the City” Band with guests Ed & Linda Doiron.  Door prizes, 50/50, refreshments.  For tickets ($15) please call 902-569-4308 or 902-628-6028 or a Birthright volunteer.  Fun for all!  Your support is greatly appreciated.

The Saint Dunstan’s University Board of Governors Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, September 11 at 7:00 P.M. at SDU Place, 45 Great George Street, Charlottetown. All are welcome.

The next peaceful pro-life demonstration is on Saturday, September 9 at 11:00 am, along the Roy Boates Avenue in Summerside.

St. Francis of Assisi

Interested in Franciscan Spirituality? St. Michael’s, Corran Ban, Cemetery Prayer Service: Saturday, Sept 23, following 4:00 pm Mass and concluding with a pot luck supper in the parish hall.  All are welcome to attend.
